Monthly audits shall include inspection of 100% of fixtures during hours of darkness, documentation of deficiencies, and submission of reports identifying recommended corrective actions and cost estimates. Repair and replacement services shall be performed only upon written authorization from the Contracting Officer and may include installation of approved-equivalent lighting products meeting specified performance requirements.
