NNSY NRRPT EXAM REVIEW

Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for the NRRPT Exam Training. The requirement is commercial, and prepared in accordance with the information in FAR part 13.5.

The requirement will be solicited as a 100% total Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 611691. The Product Service Code is U006.

The period of performance for this acquisition is anticipated to begin August 4, 2025 through August 8, 2026.

Award will be made for the technically acceptable service that results in the lowest aggregate price to the Government. Each quote must clearly indicate the capability of the vendor to meet all specifications and requirements. Quotes shall be valid for sixty (60) days (at minimum).

To be considered for this contract opportunity, the offeror must provide the following required documents. Failure to provide all required documents by the closing date and time SHALL preclude a quote from award consideration.

1.  Solicitation Document N4215825QE078 - Vendor shall annotate unit price and total amount for CLIN 0002 and 0002.  On page 1, complete Block 17a with vendor name/address, phone number and CAGE Code.  Complete Blocks 30a thru 30c with signature of offeror, name/title and date signed.

2.  Contractor Technical Certification - Vendor shall complete the Technical Capability Statement, Attachment.  Mark yes or no.  Initial and date.

3. OPSEC Plan Attachment.

ALL QUESTIONS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED BY JULY 18TH, 2025 BY 10:00AM EST. RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS WILL BE POSTED BY JULY 21ST, 2025 BY 10:00AM EST.
