NOTICE: THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, NOT AN RFQ. This notice intends to inform the vendor community of the proposed contract action. This proposed procurement is for items which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the Contracting Officer's discretion. The Government intends to award a single-source contract to JETNET, 101 First St., 2n FL, Utica, New York 13501 for Aviation Market Intelligence.
