This Sources Sought Announcement is not a Request for Proposal; it is a market research tool used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to determining the acquisition strategy. The Naval Facilities Engineering System Command Europe, Africa, Central (NAVFAC EURAFCENT) is seeking potential firms capable of performing under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). This will be a follow-on services contract to provide non-tactical vehicle lease to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. Responses will include the organizations Unique Entity Identifier to determine contractor responsibility, as well as any relevant information that is not listed which the Government may consider in finalizing its market research. It is requested that interested sources submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package of no more than three pages in length, single-spaced, 10 point font minimum demonstrating ability to perform the requested services identified below.
