NOS OCM COASTAL GEOSPATIAL SERVICES

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisition and Grants Office, Eastern Acquisition Division on behalf of the National Ocean Service (NOS), Office for Coastal Management (OCM) is seeking firms highly qualified to provide professional geospatial services, in support of various local, state, and regional coastal resource management needs.

This acquisition is being solicited on a full and open competition basis, with the anticipation of awarding five indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts, with the goal of one award reserved for small businesses, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.503, Reserves. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Selection of Architects and Engineers Statute, 40 U.S.C. §§ 1101-1104, and the FAR Subpart 36.6 for Architect-Engineer Services and will be on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications of prospective firms.
