NOTICE - INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE – SOFTWARE RADIO SYSTEMS LIMITED – FOR SRSRAN ENTERPRISE 5G R&D LICENSE

Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed
price purchase order on a sole source basis to Software Radio Systems Limited (CAGE
SCDF6) located at 12A The Cedars, Castlejane Woods, Glanmire, Cork T45AP93, Ireland.
The requirement is for the purchase of the following:

Description: srsRAN Enterprise 5G R&D License
- 12-month internal srsRAN Enterprise 5G fully source-code license
- Rights to modify source code and build applications for internal development purposes.
- Maintenance and updates for 12 months
- Source-code delivery via private repository with dedicated issue-tracking
- NBD email support
- Up to 4 hours of video consultation
- Up to 40 hours engineering support
- 1 Developer Seat
- 3 Binary Instances

This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not
to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the
Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered.

Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions
Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 513210 and the size
standard is $47M.
