The Opelika Robert R. Maidre U.S. Armed Forces Reserve Center (the Exchange Parcel) is offered for this Real Property Exchange (RPX) Project. The subject property is a rectangular shaped parcel approximately 4.50 acres in size that has frontage along Pepperell Parkway and North 20th Street in Opelika, AL.
