    Please take notice that the following Executive Orders are the subject of pending litigation:

    • Executive Order 14230, “Addressing Risks From Perkins Coie LLP” (Case No. 1:25-cv-00716-BAH (D.D.C.));
    • Executive Order 14250, “Addressing Risks From WilmerHale” (Case No. 1:25-cv-00917-RJL (D.D.C.));
    • Executive Order 14246, “Addressing Risks From Jenner & Block” (Case No. 1:25-cv-00916-JDB (D.D.C.)); and
    • Executive Order 14263, “Addressing Risks From Susman Godfrey” (Case No. 1:25-cv-01107-LLA (D.D.C.)).

    Court orders have been issued that temporarily enjoin the Department of Energy (DOE) from implementing and enforcing specific sections of each of these orders. Pursuant to these court orders and until further notice, DOE officers, staff, employees, and contractors are enjoined and prohibited from:
