SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for the construction of the Fort Stewart-Hunter Army Airfield Microgrid. As part of the construction contract solicitation, the USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements: Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) Protective Relays: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand requirement for Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) Protective Relays that must be compatible withthe current installation network and required by the electrical utility. *This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interestedparty believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit acapability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail toallow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform therequirement described herein. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall beconsidered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 3:00PM Eastern Time on 05 September 2025 to Jacob Pridemore at Jacob.S.Pridemore@usace.army.mil.
