NOTICE OF INTENT: LAUNDRY SERVICES FOR KAYENTA HEALTH CENTER

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Kayenta Health Center, located in/at Highway 160, Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033 has an upcoming requirement for laundry services. The Contracting Officer intends to exercise Option Year One from 08/01/2026 to 07/31/2027. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 812320 – Drycleaning and Laundry Services (except Coin-Operated) with a small business size standard of $8.0.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Elite Laundry Company may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Flora Washington, Contract Specialist, at flora.washington@ihs.gov by 05:00pm MST on Friday, April 17, 2026. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
