NOTICE OF INTENT: PAGER SERVICES AT RAF LAKENHEATH UK

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE / PROPOSAL

The Defense Health Agency (DHA), Healthcare Contracting Division Northeast (HCD-NE), on behalf of 48th MDG RAF Lakenheath, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to PageOne Communications Limited (CAGE: KCHE7) 12TH Floor GW1 Great West HOUSE, Great West Road Brentford, Middlesex TW8 9DF, United Kingdom

The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). The contract is intended for telecommunication pager services compatible with propriety pagers in use at 48th Medical Support Squadron (USAFE) at RAF Lakenheath

This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Phone calls will not be accepted. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed action based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror’s capability to provide the action required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
