NOTICE OF INTENT - QLIK SAAS (USDA STRATUS)

This is a Notice of Intent to award a firm fixed price task order to Carahsoft Technology Corp. under the USDA’s STRATUS Blanket Ordering Agreement for Qlik Software as a Service (SaaS). The scope of this task order includes licensing, support, and all necessary services to enable USDA’s use of Qlik SaaS for secure, scalable, and compliant data analytics and visualization.

The anticipated period of performance will consist of a one (1) year base period and four (4) one-year option periods, for a potential total of five (5) years if all options are exercised.

Award will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the USDA STRATUS BOA and all applicable federal acquisition regulations. As a sub agency of USDA, FSIS (Food Safety and Inspection Service) is required to utilize STRATUS for acquisitions determined to be in the scope of the BOA.

Carahsoft Technology Corp. is the only authorized reseller for Qlik SaaS under the USDA STRATUS BOA. This procurement will leverage existing contract vehicles to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of mission-critical SaaS capabilities.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency if received by the response deadline (if applicable).
