NOTICE OF INTENT - SOLE SOURCE MODIFICATION - PERATON

This is a notice of intent to issue sole source modification to an existing task order, and is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The statutory authority for this action is 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) 3204(a)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to issue a one year (three 4-month option periods), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) sole source modification to Peraton Inc. under an existing task order. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement demonstrating the ability to provide the requested services, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
