NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO UNITED HEROES LEAGUE

The U.S. Property & Fiscal Office for Minnesota, Little Falls, MN intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to the United Heroes League (UHL) located at 15211 Revenna Trail, Hastings, MN 55033 for the provision of non-Commercial Heroes League course. This award will be for a period of one (1) base year with three (3) one-year Option Periods, if all option periods are exercised.

This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented in FAR 13.501(a) Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items – Sole Source acquisitions in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. 

UHL is the only source authorized to provide the UHL Heroes Course services in Minnesota.

This notice does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.

Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
