NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD FOR PEST CONTROL SERVICES

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility in Crownpoint, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed-price award to Anthony Parker: “The Bug Father”, 12500 Alps WAY NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico to provide pest control services for Crownpoint Healthcare Facility and Housing Quarters.

The Period of Performance will be Date of Award to 12/31/2026.

The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Anthony Parker in accordance with FAR 13.106- 1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available based on exclusive licensing agreement. 

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Anthony Parker may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Janice Martinez, Supervisory Contract Specialist, at Janice.Martinez@ihs.gov by August 8, 2205.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.   Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
