NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD - MULTIPLE BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS FOR DELIVERY OF VARIOUS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUILDING SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS

Notice of Intent to Award – Blanket Purchase Agreement

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Tsaile Health Center intends to negotiate three (3) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) IAW FAR 13.303-2(c)(1) with Gallup Lumber & Supply Co., Inc, HHB Builders & Supply Co., Inc, JMT Inc, for the delivery of various and miscellaneous building materials, supplies, hardware, electrical supplies, painting supplies, HVAC supplies, lighting fixtures, etc. on an as-needed basis for the Tsaile Health Center Facility Management Department.

The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with three one-year option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 444110 – Home Centers with a small business size standard of employees at $47.0 million.

No further awards will be made unless the needs for Tsaile Health Center changes. Any other vendors who believe they are capable of providing the delivery of the items listed above are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than 03/26/2025, 5:00 PM MST

In the event additional services are required, capable vendors may be contacted. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
