NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE - AIRFIELD LIGHTING CONTROL AND MONITORING SYSTEM ROAMING MAINTENANCE CENTER MOD KIT

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SINGLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This is a notice of intent to award a single source contract pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1).  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. The Reference Number is FA441825NAAFLIGHTING.

The 628th Contracting Squadron (628 CONS) located at 101 E. Hill Blvd, Joint Base Charleston (JB CHS), SC intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to Allen Enterprises for the procurement of an Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) Roaming Maintenance Center Upgrade.  

The contractor shall provide installation and all necessary hardware and software to provide mobile control of the current ADB Safegate system.  There are no other authorized service providers of the ADB Safegate system for NAAF.

This notice of intent to award is not a request for competitive proposals; however, responsible sources may submit a quotation that shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
