    Description

    The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) in Shiprock, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive, firm-fixed-price award to LIFE SAFETY SERVICES, LLC. STE 500, Louisville, Kentucky. 40203-3360, for Contractor to repair deficient fire doors at Northern Navajo Medical Center.

    The requirement will be awarded IAW FAR 13.106- 1(b)(1)(i), to LIFE SAFETY SERVICES, LLC., based on urgency. The award will be made using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

    This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete with the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A solicitation will not be issued. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents concerning any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

    Any potential sources other than LIFE SAFETY SERVICES, LLC may submit a capability statement via email to Ms. Janice Martinez, Supervisory Contract Specialist, by 8:00 A.M. MST on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.
