NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE - SOUTHEAST SERVICE AREA CONTRACT SECURITY OFFICER SERVICES

In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS), Section 3.2.2.4, Single Source, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for the FAA's decision to enter into a contract on a single source basis with ADC LTD NM for Contract Security Officer Services (CSO) services   This single source action is for a base year and two six-month option periods beginning 9/30/2025 and ending 9/29/2027.  

This single source procurement action is necessary to maintain required CSO services at FAA locations in the southeast region in accordance with FAA Order 1600.69D. As the incumbent contractor, ADC LTD NM is positioned to perform the required services without risking a gap in services while allowing the FAA to develop an optimal and efficient approach for guard services that meets the program and overall FAA goals in the long term.
