NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - BLOOMBERG ANYWHERE AND TERMINAL LICENSES

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the Department of the Treasury, intends to issue a sole source contract utilizing FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedure for Certain Commercial Items to Bloomberg Finance LP, New York, NY for Bloomberg Anywhere and Terminal Licences. This is a proprietary stand-alone system that provides the OCC will real-time news, data, analysis, and multimedia services on a single easy-to-use platform. The contract will represent a renewal of the OCC's existing licenses for Bloomberg Anywhere and Bloomberg Terminals. This renewal will include five Terminal and 17 Anywhere Licenses Bloomberg platform. The initial period of performance for this requirement is October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026, with one one-year option period.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quote; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received by requested date with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
