The 193 SOW Contracting Office intends to utilize Sole Source Components for Intrusion Detection and Duress Notification Systems as part of an Invitation for Bids for the re-configuration and construction of an Entry Control Facility. The Intent for Sole Source is being facilitated under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, due to only one source being capable of providing the supplies or services, at the level of quality required, because the supplies and services are unique or highly specialized. The requirement is for the purchase of components for intrusion detection and duress notification systems. All equipment must be compatible with the Advantor System and infrastructure currently installed at the 193rd Special Operations Wing. The requirements are as follows: 1. Provide eighteen (18) Cameras in the Harrisburg Air Nation Guard Base Main Gate area in support of the new Entry Control Facility Project. 2. Install one (1) Infraguard II LAN Panel, an Infratouch Keypad for arming/disarming, and Infraguard Expansion Module in the Comm Room at the Main Gate. a. Install three (3) Keyed Duress Buttons at the main gate. b. Install a Glass Break Sensor in the main gate facility. 3. Install A 24 Port Network Switch in the Comm Room in the Main Gate Facility in a tampered enclosure to establish camera connectivity with the BDOC head end system. 4. Install One (1) 24 Monitors and one (1) Advantor Video Walls in the Main Gate Facility for local Camera visibility from the ECF. 5. Install Two (2) 55 High Performance Monitors and two (2) Video Walls in BDOC to support viewing of the new cameras. A request for documentation or additional information, or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a sole source procurement. Capability statements are due on 5 June 2025 by 4:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
