Description

Special Notice SDA-SN-25-0020 - This is NOT a request for quote or proposal.

The Space Development Agency (SDA) intends to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M) contract for COMSEC support, cryptographic key management, and cryptographic key delivery services to WebSec Corporation (3SGT3) of 41531 Date ST Murrieta, CA 92562.

WebSec is the only contractor with a Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) account currently operational with the capability to electronically receive key material from NSA’s KMI that also has the knowledge and expertise to modify Link 16 terrestrial keys into a space compatible format.

The contract period of performance will be for one base year and one (12) month option with a total estimated value of $1,100,000.

This contract award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1). Estimate Award Date will be on or before June 20, 2025.
