Any quotation/response must be e-mailed to Walter Pemberton (pembertonwe@mcc.gov) and Jacqueline Naranjo (naranjoj@mcc.gov) by 12:00 PM ET on December 22, 2025. All responses must have Data Management Services (MCC Evidence Platform) in the subject line of the email. Phone calls/voice mail messages will not be accepted and will not be returned. In accordance with FAR 6.305, the draft justification for other than full and open competition (JOFOC) supporting this action is attached to this synopsis.
