NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: ECLIPSE VOX AI SYSTEM (EVAS), HARDWARE WARRANTY EXTENSION AND SOFTWARE RENEWAL

This Is a Notice Of Intent To Award A Sole Source Contract.

This non-competitive presolicitation is issued in accordance with FAR 5.201 Synoses of Proposed Contract Actions. This contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-price Sole Source Award under FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iii)//FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B), as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to eVerbatium Inc. for Eclipse Vox AI System (EVAS), Hardware Warranty Extension and Software Renewal for U.S. Army Office of The Judge Advocate General (OTJAG).

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received by the date specified herein will be considered by the Government.

Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote and/or capability statement by 12:00 PM CST, 25 September 2025. Capability statements and quotes shall be sent via email to annalyssa.o.navarro-schwener.civ@army.mil. 

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
