    This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the US Army Corp of Eningeers (USACE) Little Rock District's (SWL) intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to Best Park, LLC for employee parking at the Little Rock, Arkansas Federal Office Building as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation  under the authority Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source (including brand name) of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items.
