The U. S. International Trade Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to CQ ROLL CALL. INC. - 1201 Pennsylvania AVE NW FL 6, Washington, District Of Columbia 20004-2401, United States, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. 

This requirement is an annual renewal of CQ Roll Call Inc, which will provide an integrated legislative tracking system capable of monitoring rapidly evolving legislative development. The tool tracks information for the agency, compares different draft bills, and provides daily news updates and related analysis necessary to support the Commission research and statutory studies. There is only one CQ Roll Call Inc, hence limited competition. The performance period is one year: January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.

This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations.  A solicitation will not be available for this requirement.  The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.  However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
