NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FOR 89303020DLM000001 FOR DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY (DOE) OFFICE OF LEGACY MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES (LMSS) CONTRACT

This is not a solicitation. This is a Notice of Intent (NOI) to award a sole source modification to RSI EnTech, LLC for Master Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract 89303020DLM000001. The Department of Energy (DOE), Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center, located at 550 Main Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202, is issuing this NOI to inform industry of the Government's intent to execute a sole source modification to extend the ordering period for up to 12 months without increasing the contract ceiling value on a sole source basis using the statutory authority 41 USC 3304(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”. RSI EnTech currently provides all personnel, equipment, facilities, materials, and technical expertise to perform this effort. DOE intends to extend the contract ordering period with RSI EnTech to provide for continuity of critical mission requirements through 2029, including but not limited to significant projects underway and new sites transitioning to LM during this time period.
