NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FOR PORTFOLIO SERVICES OFFICER

DFC requires continued support from the Senior Portfolio Managing Officer managing and servicing the legacy sovereign loan portfolio, a unique portfolio with bespoke servicing requirements which are not standard business practice. The scope of their duties includes transferring that specialized experience with this unique portfolio to DFC staff so they may assume their duties when their contract ends. The Government’s minimum need includes continuity for the remaining of the year for management of the legacy sovereign loan portfolio, while DFC ramps up to perform the tasks in-house. This contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.41 U.S.C. 1901, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
