Scope of Work HHS needs current, nationally representative data on fertility to: Track health outcomes over time Measure whether evidence-based programs are working Help identify fertility-related risks and conditions earlier Understand what's driving infertility in women and men, and what access options could help Show measurable progress in fertility-related, maternal-infant, and overall health outcomes Guide HHS program planning and policy decisions Estimated Contract period: Base Period plus 4 twelve-month Option Periods from August 10, 2026 through August 9, 2031 HHS believes only one company, Premier Healthcare Solutions, Inc., can currently meet this need, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1. The Government may use any non-proprietary technical information provided for any purpose it deems necessary and legally appropriate. If a competitive solicitation results from this notice, it will be posted on SAM.gov in accordance with FAR Part 5, however, responses to this notice will not count as responses to that future solicitation.
