NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD CONTRACT TO F-CONCEPTS, INC. FOR NEWSPAPER AND MAGAZINE DELIVERY SUPPORT SERVICES

The United States Department of War (DoW), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Executive Services Directorate (ESD) Pentagon Services Division (PSD) intends to award a contract on a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) sole source basis to F-Concepts, Inc. (CAGE: 674R2), located at 8421 Falcone Pointe Way, Vienna, VA 22182-531, for Newspaper and Magazine Delivery Support Services. The period of performance is estimated to be for a six-month base period.

The anticipated award will be made under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR 13.501 “Special documentation requirements.”  The contract is intended to continue the requirement for Newspaper and Magazine Delivery Support Services while a permanent contract is being procured.

This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Size standard $34 million.
