NOTIFICATION OF THE SEC'S INTENT TO AWARD A SINGLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER TO OTC LINK LLC

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to OTC Link LLC for real-time and historical trading data from the over-the-counter (OTC) market.   The Contracting Officer has determined that OTC Link LLC is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC’s requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b).  OTC Link LLC is the only known source that provides web access to the range of information that is required, including real-time and historical data, market statistics, news and directory information.

The SEC intends to award a purchase order to OTC Link LLC on or about July 1, 2025. The period of performance of the purchase order shall be for a Base Year and up to two Option Years.   The total award value shall be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. 

This notice is not a competitive request for proposals.  A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
