    Description

    The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to OTC Markets Group Inc., 300 Vesey Street Floor 12, New York, New York, 10282 for access to over-the-counter (OTC) market data.  The NAICS code is 523999.  The contracting officer has determined that OTC Markets Group Inc. is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC’s requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.501(a)(1)(ii) - Sole Source Acquisitions.  The SEC requires a service that provides real-time and historical trading and market data from the over-the-counter (OTC) market, including end of day pricing of equities traded, data on securities and time range trade data, company and service provider, and compliance specific data points on all OTC equity securities data for companies with securities trading on the OTCQX, OTCQB, OTC Pink, OTC Expert, and OTC Grey marketplaces. The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to be one year with four (4) one (1) year options. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to OTC Markets Group Inc. on or about May 31, 2024. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals.  A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
