Submit written quotes in reference to all required items contained in this Request for Quote (RFQ).This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 effective 1 October 2025, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation effective 10 November 2025, and AFARS Revision 2025-0711 dated 11 July 2025.The NAICS code for this requirement is 721110 - Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, and the applicable size standard is no more than $40 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is V231 - Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Lodging, Hotel/Motel. Note: NAICS code 721120 - Casino Hotels is also acceptable and size standard is no more than $40 million. Evaluation of the quote will be based on best value to include pricing, conforming technical approach, distance, and other factors: meaning that the government will have reasonable assurance that the proposed contractor is fully capable of meeting the requirement of the performance work statement, amount of rooms for each line item, and the schedule at technical exhibit 3 within the PWS. Description: The 152 Force Support Squadron from the Nevada Air National Guard has a requirement to provide single and double occupancy lodging accommodations for authorized Air National Guard personnel of the 152d Airlift Wing Nevada Air National Guard Unit located at 1776 National Guard Way, Reno NV 89502, while in a duty status for training on a rental basis. Performance shall be at Contracted Quarters (hotels) within a three (3) mile radius of the 152d Airlift Wing, Nevada Air National Guard Unit located at 1776 National Guard Way, Reno NV 89502.All facilities quoted will be subject to a public health and security inspection to ensure the venue meets or exceeds the requirements set forth in the PWS. Quoted price/rate shall include all fees and parking. (See attached PWS for more details). The 152 Mission Support Group Contracting Office intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for these services. Please see the attached PWS (Attachment 1) for full technical requirements of the lodging services. Complete the unit prices/extended amounts for all items, and capability statement on attachment 3 ? Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government as outlined in accordance with the criteria set forth within the solicitation.
