Meal Restrictions/ Allergies: 17 HALAL, 3 Vegetarian, 1 Shellfish Allergy, 4 NO Pork. Restricted meals for each day shall be labeled and kept separate from all other meals per SOW, Paragraph 1.5.1. Requested Delivery Dates: 26-27 MAY, 29 MAY - 11 JUNE 2026 (No Dinner on 28 MAY) Delivery Times: Between 1630 and 1700 Daily Delivery Location: BLDG. 500, Camp Smith Training Site, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567 Additional Remarks: If the government determines necessary, the government will inspect meals to ensure the quality standard described in the Statement of Work and solicitation posting has been met. Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer/ quote that can meet the criteria in the RFQ, Statement of Work, Feeding Schedule, and 21-Day meal menu. To be considered responsive and eligible for award; Offeror is currently registered as a small business at www.sam.gov. All Offerors must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote.
