NYARNG PANORAMIC DENTAL X-RAY

The NYARNG Medical command is requesting a Dental Panoramic X-Ray Imaging System (OPG) Planmeca ProOne (Pan/Ceph) or Equivalent.

The system shall be compatible with existing Army dental clinic workflows, digital imaging practices, and medical record systems. The requirement is intended to align with standardized dental radiography equipment currently in use across Army dental treatment facilities.

3.  Offerors must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote.  FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Solicitation RFQ W912PQ25QA009 PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov

 Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all criteria of the Attached Salient characteristics/Capbilities requirements, RFQ, and have current active registration in SAM at www.sam.gov.

To be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications.
