This is Request for Quote (RFQ) for the FBI New York Fleet Program for Vehicle Tinting Services. This will be awarded under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.

This is a requirement for one-time window tinting services of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) New York Fleet Unit with the option to increase quantity as outlined below.

Place of Performance will be Bronx, NY. The exact location wil be provided at contract award.

The vendor shall complete the installation services at the FBI Garage under NY supervision The period of performance will be one year: Contract Award - September 2026.

Currently, the FBI has funding identified for approximately (25) SUVs and Vans and (45) four door sedans. FAR 52.217-7 Option for increased quantity- separately priced line item applies. The government may require the delivery of the numberd line item, identified in the Schedule as an option item, in the quantiy and at the price stated in the schedule. The Contracting Officer may exercise the option by written notice to the Contractor by September 15, 2026. Delivery of added items shall continue at the same rate that like items are called for under the contract, unless the parties otherwise agree.Should the FBI NY receive additional funding over the next year for window tinting, vendors confirm their pricing will be valid until September 15, 2026
