    THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR QUOTE AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. It is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential business sources prior to determining acquisition strategies and issuance of a Request for Quote including the use of any potential appropriate small business programs. This Sources Sought will be open for a period of seven (7) calendar days. SOURCE PURPOSE: The United States Army Corps of Engineers Tulsa District (USACE-SWT) contemplates professional OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH CLINIC MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE SERVICES. Currently, USACE SWT anticipates a requirement of qualified and experienced sources capable of performing annual medical testing as outline in the draft performance work statement attached to this notice which are required based upon certain employees? job requirements. The Tulsa District requires a contractor who can perform periodic physical examinations utilized to ensure that employees can perform his or her assigned tasks, detect early signs of exposures to workplace hazards, and provide early detection of any physical conditions that could progress to stages resulting in medical disability. Physical examinations and evaluations are conducted prior to reassignment, retirement, resignation, transfer, or termination when employees have been enrolled in medical surveillance or specific Fitness for Duty exams. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Firms submitting responses shall complete the questionnaire located in this document. See questionnaire for additional details. Information not requested may not be reviewed, please submit only the items requested. Responses are due 05 August 2025 at 2:00 PM Central Time. Email is the required method of submission to the Contracting office. Submit information to Contract Specialist Cheyenne Redemann at Cheyenne.A.Redemann@usace.army.mil. No phone calls, please. Additionally, the Contract Specialist will not have additional information to provide regarding the results of this Sources Sought. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor SAM.Gov for updates regarding any future anticipated Request for Quote. A specific timeline for this requirement is unknown currently. Please do not email the Specialist asking for more information as it will not be available. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL. This market survey is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for offers, quotes, bids, or proposals and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a competitive solicitation or contract. The Government will not provide a debrief on the results of this Sources Sought. All information submitted will be held in a confidential manner and will only be used for the purpose intended.
