OFF-SITE RADIOGRAPHIC READING /INTERPRETATION SERVICES AT THE FORT THOMPSON INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE, RADIOLOGY DEPT, 1323 BIA ROUTE 4, FORT THOMPSON, SD 57339

(i) a. This is a combined Synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

b. The Fort Thompson Indian Health Sevice/Great Plains Area intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, Non -Personal Services, Indefinitel Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, to provide Radiographic Reading/Interpretation services for the Fort Thompson Indian Health Center located in Fort Thompson, South Dakota. The contract resulting from this solicitation  will not obligate fund; funds must be obligated prior to ordering thru the issuance of a task order. All orders may be submitted electronically, facsimile or hard copy. 

(ii) This solicitation is being issured under solication number 036-2025-001

Description of Services: Include , but not limited to Radiographic Reading and Interpretation Services of Plain Fiilms, amd Ultrasound.  Up to 4 Peer Reviews per year amd up to 2 on-site visits per year and improt of radiology reports into the governments system

The period of performance  will include one base year, plus the option to exercise four  (4) option years. delivery and Acceptance tems for this order are with the PWS. POP: Base year 09/01/2025-8/31/2026
