The purpose of this announcement is to post a draft statement of work for the Offset Presses for BEP facilities.  The BEP seeks questions from industry in response to the draft statement of work.  Questions are due on or by Friday, June 10, at 12 noon EST.  Questions shall be submitted to joseph.pishioneri@bep.gov.     Aside from the attached Statement of Work, attachments are not included in this posting.  To obtain the attachments, potential offerors must submit capabilities to Joseph Pishioneri at joseph.pishioneri@bep.gov and request access to the attachments.  Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. Once the offeror’s capabilities are determined bona-fide by the Government, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will be provided by the contracting officer.  When the offeror signs and returns the NDA, the attachments will be provided.  A determination by the Government not to provide the attachments for this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
