SUBJECT: Strategic Support Services
Greetings,
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to find capable vendors to support the agency with an innovative service model designed to fulfill a need for a strategic and agile acquisition solution for various operational initiatives and special and special projects to develop and deploy any of the following: uniform and consistent business process, standard and improved financial data, improved information processing applications; and data repositories for Government-wide use. Additionally, the acquisition vehicle will also be used in support of the Fiscal Service’s efforts to migrate customer agencies to the administrative shared services (principally, but not exclusively financial management services).
We anticipate a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), as described in the following Request for Information (RFI), 2033H625N00002 Strategic Support Services.
Respondents to this RFI shall be able to perform all the duties/requirements listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
This is merely a RFI for market research purposes, and not a solicitation.
INSTRUCTIONS TO RESPONDENTS
Respondents shall provide their Capability Statement fully illustrating their ability to meet the PWS requirements to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line: 2033H625N00002 Strategic Support Services, Attn: RVBrown/TRAshcroft, FSAB – Strategic Support Services no later than December 20, 2024 by 10:00 a.m. EST. Any other submissions will not be considered.
Interested vendors are asked to provide the following in their responses to this RFI:
1. The name, location, UEI, and Point-of-Contact information (name, phone number, and email) for the respondent’s vendor.
2. A brief Capabilities Statement, which includes a description of the respondent vendor’s standard line of business and relative experience.
3. Include respondent vendor’s business size: Small or Other Than Small (OTS), and Socioeconomic Category.
4. We are also seeking information regarding the industry standard for pricing.
Any questions about this RFI will not be entertained, as a vendor pool is all that is being sought at this time. Questions and Answers will be fielded during the RFQ period in the future. Quotations will not be accepted at this time.
Only complete RFIs, submitted to the e-mail address above, by the established due date, will be considered. Any packages submitted after the established closing date and time will not be guaranteed consideration.
