REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is conducting market research to identify potential sources and industry feedback for the following requirement: 

On-Demand, Online Federal Acquisition Subscription for the Acquisition Professional, 1 Year

• Individual User Access (Personalized User Experience: Bookmarking, Saved Searches)
• Federal Acquisition Regulation Reference Tools: FAR, and supplements; Cross-Referencing and Keyword Searches)
• Acquisition News and Policy Updates (GAO Protests/Decisions; OMB memorandums, Case Law and Legal Insights from Congress, The Administration and Judiciary)
• Learning and Knowledge Resources (Guidance for Contract Management from Planning to Administration)
• Market Research and Procurement Tools (Templates for Acquisition Planning, Source Selection)
• Continuous Learning and Training (On-demand acquisition-related courses, webinars, CLP-eligible courses)
• Searchable Document Library
• Interactive Tools and Calculators (such as Risk Assessment Tools, Decision Trees for Contract Type Selection)
• Compliance and Auditing Tools for file documentation and compliance tracking.
• Acquisition Research & Support for Acquisition Q&As and publications
• Online Search capabilities which pull data from inside subscription and outside site from other trusted acquisition sources.
• AI Tools for Acquisition Professionals

The BEP is seeking information from industry to identify commercial solutions or contract vehicles for this requirement. 

Interested Vendors are invited to respond with the following:

• Company Information: Name, SAM UEI, Cage Code, Business size and Socio-Economic Status, GSA Schedule or GWACs (if applicable)
• Capabilities Statement: Relevant experience in similar work, Technical capabilities, current or previous government contracts
