W9127825RA039 IDIQ MATOC TO PERFORM O&M WITH INCIDENTAL REPAIR AND MINOR CONSTRUCTION FOR HEALTHCARE FACILITIES AT MILITARY MEDICAL CENTERS, HOSPITALS, CLINICS, AND LABORATORIES THROUGHOUT TEXAS. THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS WITH A SMALL BUSINESS RESERVE. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 236220. A detailed project description and overall project performance requirements will be included in the solicitation package. This acquisition will consist of full-service O&M of real property facilities, and repair and minor construction as it relates to the O&M mission. There will be a site visit and pre-proposal conference in early May 2025. Additional details will be uploaded with the solicitation package at PIEE.
