Stand Alone Contract for Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Services with Incidental Repair and Minor Construction in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Walter Reed National Military Medical Center Bethesda, Maryland.

A detailed project description and overall project performance requirements will be included in the solicitation package. This acquisition will consist of full-service O&M of real property facilities, and repair and minor construction as it relates to the O&M mission.

Note 1: Performance Period: A base year and (1) year option periods, this is a total of two years.
