Amendment 0001 is published on 01 JUN 2026 to incorporate Questions & Answers.  A revised document is attached, with redline changes to pages 1-10 of the solicitation and to the list of clauses incorporated by reference.  The Q&A table is attached at the end of the solicitation.  No changes have been made to the PWS.

The scope of this PWS is to provide ISMS maintenance and installation services for OPM facilities, where OPM has delegated authority to manage the physical security program at its federally owned and leased facilities. Currently, OPM has delegated authority to manage the ISMS services programs at the OPM Headquarters, Theodore Roosevelt Federal Building (TRFB), located in Washington, DC, and facilities located at Boyers, PA, East Butler, PA; and Cranberry, PA and OPM Macon, Georgia facility located at 4685 Log Cabin Drive, Macon, GA 31204. The Contractor shall provide and maintain all management, supervision, workforce, training, equipment, supplies, licenses, permits, certificates, insurance, pre-employment screenings, reports, and files necessary to provide ISMS maintenance and installation services outlined in the PWS.
