OTF FR 2130 PERCH LAKE ROAD REHABILITATION

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 12445526Q0056 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for construction services for OTF FR 2130 Perch Lake Road Rehabilitation. Work for this project consists of, but is not limited to mobilization, drainage excavation, riprap placement, aggregate surface replacement, roadway reconditioning, culvert replacement/new installation, temporary traffic controls, turf establishment and geosynthetic material placement. This work is planned for FR 2130 from Sta 0+00 to Sta 169+66.  An optional bid item is for mobilization, drainage excavation, riprap placement, aggregate surface placement, roadway reconditioning, culvert preplacement/new installation, temporary traffic controls, turf establishment and geosynthetic material placement. This option is for FR 2130 Sta 169+66 to Sta 382+92.   Contractors are strongly encouraged to inspect the location before bidding.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.  The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction.  The small business size standard is $45,000,000.00  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency.
