Moody AFB is looking for a One-Time Service for Vehicle Damage Repair. 

1. Objective

Identify qualified vendors to perform repairs and painting on a 2021 Ford Transit vehicle, ensuring it meets DOT standards. Vendor must have a paint booth/facility capable of handling the vehicle. Vehicle will be picked up and returned to Moody AFB by the vendor.

3. Scope of Work

• Perform diagnostic inspection.

• Repair body and interior damage (including roof).

• Replace damaged parts.

• Paint repairs or full repaint as needed.

• Pickup and delivery included.

• Vehicle Height Limitations
  o The Service Provider must confirm that the vehicle’s height complies with any height restrictions at the pickup and delivery locations.
  o The Service Provider shall ensure that all repair facilities and transport vehicles are capable of accommodating the vehicle’s height without risk of damage or operational issues

4. Location & Pickup/Delivery

• Pickup & drop-off at 3350 Georgia St, Moody AFB, GA.

• Pickup Monday-Thursday, 7 AM – 3 PM EST.

• Vendor must confirm height restrictions and facility capacity.

5. Timeline

• Repair duration: Up to 3 months after contract award.
