Description

The Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Oklahoma-Texas Water Science Center (OTWSC) has a requirement for a Single-Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for recurring alteration, renovation, removal, remediation, and/or construction services at stream gage sites in the state of Texas.

The Government anticipates an award of a Single Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), type contract with firm fixed-price construction task orders. Actual contractor performance is estimated to begin on or about April 15, 2026, and continue for a period of five years.

Magnitude of construction for each task order will be less than $25,000.00. The total price will not exceed $2,000,000.00 ($2M) for the five-year life of the contract. Projects are expected to be
under $25,000 per task order, with occasional task orders potentially exceeding that amount, up to the maximum ordering limit.

The Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be issued on or about March 11, 2026 with written responses due on or about April 10, 2026.

This requirement is set-aside for 100% small business. Those interested parties that want to qualify as a small business must qualify under the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 237990 "Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction". The size standard for this NAICS code is $45 million.
