OUTSOURCED STERILE PROCESSING SERVICES INCLUDING LOGISTICS

Notice of Intent for Sole Source.   The Health Readiness Contracting Office – East intends to issue an award solely to STERIS Corporation, 5960 Heisley Road, Mentor, OH 44060.   The procurement is for Outsourced Sterile Processing Services to include Logistics in support of the Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH), Fort Campbell, KY.   The NAICS code for this procurement is 561910 and the size standard is $19.5 million.  STERIS Corporation is the only offeror that can support the highly specialized sterilization services within the required turnaround times of BACH.  A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Please see the attached Sole source Determination.  Responses are due no later than 22 September 2025 at 3:00 PM EST.  Interested organizations may submit information for consideration of their capabilities and qualifications for future acquisitions to the contract specialist, Justin C Balster electronically via email to justin.balster2.civ@health.mil.  The Government intends to award a contract on or around 27 September 2025.
