    Description

    OLYM- DEMOLITION OF EXCESS STRUCTURES

    The National Park Service Olympic National Park is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

    Required Services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to complete this project. Demolish Structures in Multiple Areas.
    The services to be provided within this Statement of Work (SOW), the National Park Service, Olympic National Park The intent of this project is to remove all structures, above ground improvements, in-water improvements, and miscellaneous debris, and scarify the landscape, at multiple sites in Olympic National Park for the purpose of restoring the landscape to natural conditions.

    The contract will consist of a base bid and two options.

    The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial services contract based on the proposal that represents 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 238910 Site Preparations, Size Standards in Millions of dollars $19. OR any related NACIS.

    This requirement consists of Base Items and 2 Option Items.
