The NAICS Code is 611420 with a size standard of $16,000,000 and the Product/Service Code is U008. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation portal at https://piee.eb.mil by 24 March 2026. All responses received by 24 March 2026 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
